OUTER CAPE HEALTH SERVICES is a federally funded not-for-profit community health center. Our mission is to provide high quality primary healthcare to those living in or visiting the eight towns of Lower and Outer Cape Cod, regardless of their financial circumstances. Our vision is to ensure that all people on Lower and Outer Cape Cod have access to high quality, affordable primary healthcare.

FENWAY COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER For more than thirty-five years, Fenway Community Health has been working to improve the physical and mental health of our community, especially those who are traditionally underserved like lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people, women, those living with HIV/AIDS, and people from communities of color. The Fenway Institute works to increase the health of the larger community through research, education, outreach and health policy advocacy.

 

The AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod The AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod is one of the nation’s oldest AIDS service organizations. We provide direct care services to over 440 men and women living with HIV/AIDS on Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard. These services include case management, transportation, nutrition, respite care, mental health & acupuncture vouchers, housing, fuel and emergency assistance. Each year we provide prevention & education services to nearly 100,000 residents and visitors to the Cape. Our prevention & education services include distribution of safer sex materials, counseling & testing, risk assessments, needle exchange and overdose prevention. 15% of our clients living with HIV/AIDS are women.
